HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

For US, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong orders over $50, shipping is free. For orders less than $50, we charge $10 for each order.

For customers located in other countries, the shipping price will vary. Please refer to the following for more information:

FOR U.S. ORDERS OVER $800, YOUR ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED IN MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS.

We recently re-located our warehouse to South Korea to make it easier to cover  worldwide-shipping.

For customers in the U.S. ONLY, your orders will be delivered into multiple shipments in order to avoid custom charges to the customer and to shorten the duration of delivery. 


HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Delivery takes 3-7 business days from the day the order was placed. We are preparing to offer an expedite shipping option.

WHAT COURIER SERVICE DOES 3CLAPS USE?

We use FedEx, one of the most trusted delivery services.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. Once we ship out your order, you will get a separate email from FedEx with Tracking information. FedEx sends tracking information to the registered email upon dispatch.

WHAT IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER?

If you didn't get any email from FedEx within 3 business days from the day you placed your order, please contact us at help@3claps.com. We will work with FedEx to track your package and email you for shipping details. FedEx takes up to 10-business days to investigate missing packages.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES?

If the package gets sent back to us after 3 failed delivery attempts, re-sending the order may result in a additional fee.
