HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Here at 3Claps, we want you to be satisfied with your purchases!
If you were not satisfied with our product(s), we will gladly accept returned merchandise under the following conditions:
(1) be in its original packaging
(2) have the 3Claps label attached
(3) not have been damaged, washed, or altered
Returns/Exchanges must be notified to us within 7 days from the date the merchandise was received. If the shipping label that we send is not used within 30 days, customers will no longer be eligible for a refund/exchange.
If we were not properly notified within 7 days, merchandise can be accepted for 50% store credit if notified within 21 days from the date the merchandise was received. Shipping labels will not be provided in these cases.
** Complimentary returns are ONLY AVAILABLE for customers whose final orders are more or equal to $50. If your finalized order after return is less than $50.00, we do charge $10.00 for the shipping fee which should have been applied when you first placed an order.
WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS?
Please inform your return/exchange case to our customer service account at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- PO number from the invoice
- Name of the item and size
- Reason for return
- Verification that the item(s) are in proper condition for return
After we have received a notice of your return/exchange, we will be able to send you a shipping label via email.
If you'd like to send your purchased items immediately, please take your package to your preferred postal carrier and mail to the following address:

Please keep tracking information for your own records. 3Claps does not take responsibility of packages that are not sent by us. Please also request for a signature confirmation upon receiving the package to ensure that 3Claps has received it.
Once you have sent the package, please inform us via email with the information provided above along with the tracking information.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive the package and the return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that a refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please understand that once we process the refund, the exact timeframe is then determined by the original payment method you chose for the original purchase.
Please note that if discount codes were applied or if the total purchase amount falls under the free shipping requirement ($50) then the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.
WHAT CONDITION DOES THE MERCHANDISE NEED TO BE IN?
3Claps gladly accepts merchandise that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all internal tags still attached. Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, and without any postal labels on them. Shoebox fees will be deducted from the refund if the box is damaged or missing.
All sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR EXCHANGES?
We are currently working on the best solution for exchanges. Until then, to best provide our customers the quickest delivery, please follow these instructions for exchanges:
1. Return original order via Return Process, which is detailed above.
2. Inform us which product you would like to receive in exchange.
3. Once receiving the original order as a return, we will process your exchange.
Please kindly note that merchandise can only be exchanged for different sizes of the same item.
WHAT ABOUT DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS?
We believe in quality and will gladly accept any merchandise that was damaged, defective or incorrect upon receiving. We will also pay for the return-shipping fee. **All damaged, defective or incorrect orders must be notified to us within 3 business days of delivery date. Contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com, and we will resolve the issue(s).
