WHAT IS THE ORDERING PROCESS?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless there is an issue with the item. We will notify you if there is. Once orders are placed, we complete a credit verification. Upon verifying, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you have not received this email within 48 hours of placing the order, please contact us at help@3claps.com.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

Orders generally take 2-3 business days to arrive unless there is an issue with the purchased item or a complication in the delivery system. 

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION. DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?

When the order is successfully placed, you will receive a payment confirmation e-mail from PayPal. 3Claps automatically sends out an order confirmation email only if the customer returns to 3Claps page after payment is completed on PayPal.

PAYPAL RECEIPT ONLY SHOWS ONE PRODUCT WHEN I PURCHASED MULTIPLE. WHY?

PayPal only displays the top product on the receipt. In order to view your entire order, please access ORDER STATUS under your MY ACCOUNT on www.3claps.com.

PAYPAL'S SHIPPING ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT FROM MY ACTUAL SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

3Claps ships to the shipping address that the customer registered on our website. We do not use the shipping address registered with PayPal.

WHY DOES THE SIZE APPEAR TO BE DIFFERENT ON THE CLOTHING LABEL?

3Claps has multiple manufacturers in Asia, and each manufacturer has their own way of determining sizes. However, WE DO NOT WANT YOU TO WORRY! 3Claps has a standardized size chart that is based on children's average height and weight by age. Lay all of your size worries on us. :)

If you wish to return or exchange for any reason, we will send you a complimentary shipping label via email within 7 days from the date the merchandise was received. Should you have further questions, contact Melanie. :D

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us immediately if you need to change/cancel your order. We work pretty quickly and changes to your order cannot be made after your order is processed for shipping. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, your card will still be charged. Your cancelation request will then be completed as a return.

If you wish to add additional products, they will be placed as a new order. We will, however, help waive shipping costs if you contact us before dispatch. Please contact us at help@3claps.com.

WHAT CURRENCY DOES 3CLAPS USE?

3Claps uses USD($). Customers will be charged using USD. Please refer to CURRENCY CONVERTER to determine pricing when using another currency.

PROMOTION CODE DIDN'T WORK! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your promotion code did not go through properly, don't worry! Notify us at help@3claps.com and we will look into your situation.
